We can connect residents with practical support services to help them keep safe and well at home.

Together, we helped residents gain £53,537.96 in financial support, including Housing Benefit entitlement, backdated Pension Credit awards, new Carer’s Allowance entitlement, Personal Independence Payments and more. If you’re worried about money or dealing with debt, please get in touch. We’re here to help.

Westcountry Savings and Loans

We continued to support and work in partnership with Westcountry Savings and Loans. Over the year, 5 residents became new members, providing them with access to an ethical and affordable financial service designed to support financial wellbeing and inclusion.

ECOE Advice

Working with ECOE Advice, we helped 13 residents access support with their energy costs this year. Through specialist advice on benefits, grants, energy bills, tariffs and heating systems, residents received practical help to improve their financial wellbeing and stay warm and comfortable at home. By connecting you with specialist advice early, we can help reduce hardship and support the people you care about.

Resident Support Fund

The cost-of-living crisis means many of us have been feeling worse off than ever before and worried about our financial situation. If you’re struggling to pay your rent, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We want to work with you to help you keep your home and get the right support.

Cornerstone in the community

CEDA

We were delighted to help CEDA get to the next stage of their garden project. Rich, Wayne, Mark and Josh helped demolish the old raised flower beds at CEDA’s head office, clearing the way for exciting new developments in the garden.
