Over the coming months, we’ll be carrying out our Resident Census. This is a survey of everyone living in a Cornerstone home and will help us better understand who our residents are, what support they may need, and how we can improve our services in the future.

The census will ask about things such as communication preferences, personal background, health and support needs, financial circumstances, and the people who live in your household. While we may already hold some of this information, the census gives you the opportunity to check that your details are correct and let us know about any changes.

The information you provide will help us make sure our services are fair, inclusive and accessible for everyone. It will also help us understand residents’ needs, identify where additional support may be helpful, and communicate with you in the way that works best for you. Your information will be treated confidentially and used only to help us plan, deliver and improve our services.
