We’re pleased to let residents know that brand new noticeboards have now been installed across our communal areas. These boards are designed to help everyone stay informed and to make it easier to keep our shared spaces safe, clean and welcoming.
Each noticeboard includes a cleaning record ( if applicable), updated regularly by our contractors so you can see when the area were last cleaned. This helps us maintain high standards and ensures transparency around the upkeep of our buildings.
You’ll also find important fire safety advice, including guidance on keeping escape routes clear and what to do in an emergency. We encourage all residents to take a moment to familiarise themselves with this information.
To make reporting issues simpler, the boards feature clear instructions on how to report problems within our communal areas whether it’s a repair, a cleanliness concern or anything else that needs attention.
