These walkabouts are a chance for residents to join us, share their experiences, and tell us what day‑to‑day life is really like in the community. Alongside these walkabouts, our team continues to complete regular checks of communal areas to ensure shared spaces remain safe, tidy, and accessible for everyone. From pathways and lighting to bin stores and green spaces, we’re committed to keeping our estates well‑maintained and welcoming.
