A three-month closure order has been issued for a flat on Cordery Road, Exeter, after persistent antisocial behaviour caused major disruption for neighbours. Granted on 25 February 2026, the order makes it illegal for anyone to enter the property. Police say the action follows repeated incidents despite offers of support to the tenants. Officers hope the closure will restore peace to the area. The order will be reviewed after three months and may be extended.
