Residents at Shorland House in Dawlish can now enjoy a refreshed communal outdoor area following our recent improvement project.
The gardens had become overgrown and some of the fencing was in need of replacement. The team cleared vegetation, tidied the grounds, renewed fencing and installed new benches.
The work has transformed the communal area into a cleaner, safer and more welcoming space for residents. The new seating provides a place to relax outdoors, while the improved gardens help make the area more attractive and enjoyable for everyone living at Shorland House.
Investing in shared spaces like these helps create places where residents can spend time outdoors and connect with neighbours, supporting healthier and more vibrant communities.
Thank you to everyone involved in completing the project and helping to make a positive difference for residents.
